Much time and effort was spent optimizing Password Officer in order to
achieve the best user interface possible. We analyzed various styles of work
and attitudes in connection with the day to day typing in of passwords. Our
goal was to create a product that was easy to use while offering the most
sophisticated functions.
You can invoke a logon sequence by using just
the mouse or keyboard, or both, or it can be fully automated with or without
your confirmation. More than 10 different ways of how to logon are
available.
Password Officer has a
complex search tool. It is designed to be maximally effective to use:
just type in the string and press Enter. Do you want to find next
occurrence? Press Enter again. Cant be more user friendly.
You can comfortably organize all your passwords
in
folders. Store your work-related passwords separate from personal or
temporary passwords.
You can put comments or keywords in each
of your items - a great help when storing a lot of passwords, comments can
help you to identify the one you seek.
Recent passwords in your hand - just
resend the recently used password without searching for it again.

algorithms available - the new AES algorithm (Rijndael) approved by NIST
(U.S. Government definition - FIPS 197). Currently the strongest algorithm
available for symmetric encryption (the official replacement of DES) - the
most secure algorithm for the new century.
Highly Secure Password Generator
Several modes of secure password generation, one AES based, another NIST
(FIPS 181) compliant. Because of this no hacker's dictionary attack is
possible.

higher, and the reading is 3 times faster. Password Officer DeLuxe supports
most of the microprocessor smart-cards, USB tokens and other security
